Scope of Responsibilities: • Support the full lifecycle of Ignite Digital's Government‑wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) contracts, Nontraditional Procurements (OTAs, CSOs, SBIRs), subcontracts, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQs), and task orders from capture through closeout. • Prepare and negotiate federal contract documents, including subcontract agreements, non‑disclosure agreements (NDAs), and teaming agreements. • Adhere to and ensure team compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) provisions; provide education and guidance as needed. • Advise leadership on contractual rights, obligations, and requirements, providing interpretation of terms and conditions. • Analyze proposal and contract risks and present recommended solutions for approval. • Ensure compliance with Statements of Work (SOWs) and all contract terms and conditions. • Stay current on new laws, regulations, and federal contract trends; provide guidance to management and project teams on emerging requirements. • Identify, develop, and implement new or revised company policies and procedures to maintain federal contract compliance. • Develop and perform internal compliance reviews to ensure adherence to federal regulations. • Support capture and proposal teams by reviewing Request for Proposal (RFP) terms, conditions, and related documentation. • Review proposals for compliance and accuracy. • Draft subcontractor RFPs ensuring all flow‑down provisions are captured. • Serve as the primary interface with customers or subcontractors on contractual and subcontract matters. • Perform day‑to‑day contract and subcontract administration; collaborate with customers to resolve funding, invoicing/payment, and deliverable acceptance issues. • Facilitate the review of contractual documents by other Ignite Digital teams and coordinate the collection and resolution of all comments and concerns.

Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required. • 3+ years of federal contract experience. • Preference for National Contract Management Association (NCMA) certifications such as CFCM or CPCM. • In‑depth knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations. • Experience managing Cost Plus, Time & Material (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Firm Fixed Price Level of Effort (FP‑LOE) contracts and subcontracts, including GWACs and IDIQs. • Experience developing pricing and preparing cost proposals for all contract types. • Experience writing and managing Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) Mitigation Plans. • Experience writing and managing Small Business Subcontracting Plans. • Familiarity with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Disclosure Statements, and DCAA audits, including Forward Pricing Rate Agreements and Recommendations. • Experience reviewing cost proposals during the RFP process. • Ability to obtain a DoD Government Security Clearance (mandatory).

Salary: • 75k+ (based on experience and education)
