MARJCC Early Childhood Academy is a growing Jewish early childhood program serving children from infancy through kindergarten. With 11 classrooms and four additional classrooms currently under construction, we are expanding thoughtfully while maintaining the warm, relationship-centered culture our educators value. Our program is grounded in four core pillars:
Inspired by relationship-based learning, Reggio Emilia influences, and hands-on exploration, we believe children learn best when they feel safe, respected, connected, and genuinely known. We are proud of the strong community we have built among both families and educators. Over the past four years, our school has maintained approximately 90% staff retention while continuing to grow.
We are seeking nurturing, dependable, collaborative educators to join our teaching team in infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-k classrooms. This role is ideal for both experienced educators and emerging teachers eager to grow in early childhood education. We care deeply about professionalism, warmth, flexibility, and willingness to learn. If you are reflective, relationship-oriented, and excited about helping young children learn through play and exploration, we would love to meet you. Jewish background knowledge is welcome but not required. Approximately half of our educators are Jewish and half are not.
We are open to educators from a variety of backgrounds, including:
Preferred qualifications:
Candidates must either:
Additional seasonal benefit: Teachers are paid during school holiday closures. Staff who choose to work designated mini-camp weeks during winter or Passover breaks receive additional pay for those weeks.
Our school operates year-round and serves many families who utilize extended-day programming. Full-time schedules may include:
We are also exploring additional flexible staffing models for support and afternoon coverage.
At MARJCC Early Childhood Academy, we know that strong schools are built by educators who feel respected, supported, and cared for. We have worked intentionally to create a collaborative, relationship-centered culture where teachers feel valued as professionals and people. We believe in mentorship, flexibility, growth, and long-term investment in educators. This is meaningful work. Early childhood educators help shape children's confidence, relationships, identity, and love of learning during some of the most formative years of life.
